I will generally provide a concept sketch first after payment. (This excludes special commission offers or sale styles)

I have the right to decline any commission, without giving any reason.

I will draw most things, other more unnatural things or extreme kinks may come with a larger price tag.

YES ✔️:

lgbtq media, girlxgirl (yuri), LADIES, boobs (any size other than EXTREME LARGE), pin-ups, fan-art/fandom things, MONSTER GIRLS, NSFW, Futa, portraits (real people)

NO ❌:

Urine/Scat/Vomit , Underage (NSFW), Bestiality, Castration, Non-consensual things, Diapers, Extreme Age-play..etc.

If you are not sure about what may be acceptable, do not be afraid to ask! I will let you know if your request is something I am not comfortable with.

If you are unsure about an idea or design, also feel free to ask!

Even though a commission may be private and not posted on social media, I may use it for portfolio work in the future.

Please communicate with me and give all your commission details to me, CLEARLY.

Please provide as much DETAIL as possible. I prefer to work from images in combination with descriptions please! Text only, will likely be rejected.

When a commission is finished you will receive the full file. However, I will not remove my watermark and I ask that you please do not remove it either (Imagine buying a physical painting from an artist... it usually contains a signature too right?)

If you are posting the received commission somewhere, please link back to one of my pages (like the uploaded version), or at least give credit!!

Work begins only AFTER payment is received.

I do my commissions through Paypal, VGen or Ko-Fi.

USD is preferred, but will accept CAD (TO EQUAL VALUE OF THE USD PRICE) ... aka conversion price.

DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL I HAVE ACCEPTED THE COMMISSION.

I try my best to make my customers happy.

If a commission is finished however, only small changes may be made afterwards. [ie. coloring/marking mistakes]

Any large changes will come with an extra fee. [ ie. outfit change, addition, subtraction, background change, or anything else requiring a major re-draw.]

If your reference was unclear to begin with, then you are not allowed minor changes without a fee. PLEASE be sure you are CLEAR in your order.

As the artist, I hold every right to the produced image/drawing, not the buyer/commissioner.

I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: promote myself any place or any site, publish books with, display anywhere, post it anywhere. (However I will respect wishes to private commission work in regards to posts on social media)

PRIVATE COMMISSIONS REQUIRE A +10% FEE, if I am not to be posting your commission anywhere.

You may not make money off of my artwork without;

1. Crediting me and advertising me as the artist,

2. Permission and consent from me.

You may not take CREDIT for my artwork, and you may not remove my watermarks/signatures.

You MAY NOT alter the artwork WITHOUT my approval and consent.

I do not charge a commerical fee at this time. Please simply ensure I am credited for the artwork.

I am a full-time tech, therefore my job is my priority. Most deadlines I will do my best to meet, but be aware that art is not my main job.

For most commissions I will work on them asap, and in my free time. More complex commissions will obviously take a longer amount of time.

Sketches/Icons will be done the fastest!

I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.

If I take longer than two months to complete your "standard commission" you may request a refund from me.

If I have already begun process on your commission, there will be no refunds. [With the exception of me, the artist, understanding I have taken too long to complete your commission.]

If you file a chargeback against me, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted, I will have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me (Janoodles) ever again. I will warn other artists and people about you.

If you file a chargeback against me, I have every right to file a complaint, and have all the right to the money you have paid.
